What We Offer

From the Indy Pro AM and 18+ Open Men's League to the Bite Size League for ages 3–6, The Factory fields competitive basketball leagues across every age bracket. As the seasons shift, so should your training focus—get a clear path from fall fundamentals to spring polish in A Seasonal Basketball Skills Roadmap From Autumn to Spring. Individual and group training sharpen skills, while Major M.O.V.E.S. Basketball Training (ages 4–7) runs Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM. Cycle and spin classes round out the fitness programming, and The Plug Digital Magazine covers D1 sports and community stories.

The Factory D1 is more than a training facility; it is a community hub built around the belief that athletic potential is unlocked through consistent, intentional work. From the moment you walk through the doors, the energy is unmistakable, with athletes of all ages moving through drills, shooting sessions, and conditioning work under one roof. The facility is designed to serve everyone, from the youngest players just learning the game to seasoned competitors refining their craft. Every program, every session, and every coach is aligned around a single mission: to help individuals become stronger, sharper, and more confident in their abilities, both on the court and beyond it.

Basketball lies at the heart of what The Factory D1 offers, with leagues spanning every age bracket to ensure that no player is left without a competitive outlet. From the Indy Pro AM, which draws elite talent from across the region, to the 18+ Open Men's League and the Bite Size League for children ages three to six, the facility covers the full spectrum of the sport. Each league is structured to provide meaningful competition, fair officiating, and an environment where players can develop their game against quality opposition. Teams are grouped thoughtfully by age and skill level so that every participant gets the right challenge at the right time.

For players who want to accelerate their growth, The Factory D1 offers individual and group training sessions that zero in on the fundamentals while also addressing advanced skill work. Shooting mechanics, ball handling, footwork, defensive positioning, and basketball IQ are all broken down and rebuilt through focused repetition and expert coaching. The training philosophy is simple: every detail matters, and small improvements compound into significant gains over time. Whether a player is preparing for a high school season, a college tryout, or simply looking to stay sharp during the offseason, the training staff meets them where they are and pushes them to the next level.

Younger athletes have a dedicated pathway into the game through Major M.O.V.E.S. Basketball Training, a program designed specifically for children ages four to seven. Sessions run on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM, giving families a consistent weekly rhythm that fits around school and other activities. The curriculum is built around fun, movement, and foundational skill development, helping kids fall in love with the game while building coordination, confidence, and teamwork. Coaches keep the energy high and the instruction age-appropriate, ensuring that every child leaves each session having learned something new and excited to come back for more.

Beyond basketball, The Factory D1 rounds out its fitness programming with cycle and spin classes that deliver a full-body workout in a high-energy group setting. These sessions are designed to accommodate riders of all fitness levels, with instructors guiding participants through intervals, climbs, and sprints set to motivating music. The spin room is equipped to handle a full class comfortably, and the atmosphere is one of mutual encouragement and shared effort. For athletes looking to cross-train, recover from a hard week, or simply add cardiovascular conditioning to their routine, the cycle program offers a challenging and rewarding complement to on-court work.

Recovery is treated with the same seriousness as training at The Factory D1, because the staff understands that progress happens as much during rest as it does during work. The facility offers recovery services such as Normatec compression therapy and cryotherapy, both of which help reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation, and accelerate the body's natural healing process. These tools are especially valuable for athletes who train multiple days per week and need to manage the physical demands of competition. By integrating recovery into the overall training experience, The Factory D1 helps athletes stay healthy, avoid burnout, and perform at their best when it matters most.

The Plug Digital Magazine serves as the storytelling arm of The Factory D1, covering D1 sports and community stories that might otherwise go untold. Through features, interviews, and game recaps, the magazine shines a light on the athletes, coaches, and families who make up the fabric of the facility. It is a space where wins are celebrated, journeys are documented, and the culture of the community is preserved for anyone who wants to follow along. Whether you are a parent looking for a recap of a weekend tournament or a fan of the game who appreciates quality sports journalism, The Plug keeps you connected to everything happening at The Factory.

The Factory D1 also maintains a strong commitment to educational and personal development, recognizing that athletes are students first and competitors second. The facility fosters an environment where academic success and athletic ambition go hand in hand, encouraging young people to set goals in both arenas and pursue them with equal discipline. Workshops, mentorship, and structured programming reinforce the idea that the habits built through sport, such as time management, resilience, and teamwork, translate directly into classroom achievement and lifelong success. Middle school students, in particular, find a supportive space here to grow during a formative period of their development.

Registration for leagues, training sessions, and classes is straightforward and accessible, with the facility making it easy for individuals and teams to sign up and get started. Whether you are booking a single session, registering a full team for an upcoming league, or enrolling a child in a developmental program, the process is designed to be efficient and clear. The Factory D1 is located in the Indianapolis area, serving communities like Crawfordsville, Speedway, and beyond, with a facility that is easy to reach and welcoming to all. From the first visit to the hundredth, the goal remains the same: provide an exceptional experience that helps every athlete realize their full potential.
